Two brands, one group
Cad Cam Planet is the Autodesk arm of a group founded by Mr. Nadeem Ansari that has been selling and teaching manufacturing software since 2007. We have been an Autodesk partner since 2020. Our sister brand, CAD CAM Galaxy, is an authorised Siemens partner covering NX and Solid Edge.
Keeping them separate is deliberate. A shop choosing between Autodesk and Siemens deserves a straight answer about each, not a salesperson steering them toward whichever one is easier to close. Planet exists so the Autodesk side gets specialists rather than a second priority.
What both share is the discipline. Nobody here quotes a seat they have not run themselves, and the person who sells you the licence is the one who answers the phone when a post-processor misbehaves. It is also why our advice changes when the software does.
How we work
- We quote the licence you need, not the largest bundle you would tolerate.
- Support comes from the same people who sold the seat, including post-processor problems.
- If Autodesk is the wrong fit for your work, we will say so and point you at Galaxy or elsewhere.

The person behind the bench
At CAD CAM Planet we take pride in the leadership of our founder, Mr. Nadeem Ansari. With a deep interest in technology, design and manufacturing, he built CAD CAM Planet to close the gap between what is taught in a classroom and what a shop floor actually asks for.
Years of work across CAD, CAM and Autodesk solutions have gone into getting the right tools into the hands of engineers and manufacturers. That focus is what has made Cad Cam Planet a trusted licensing and implementation partner for Autodesk software in India.
Under his guidance the company continues to put the right tools in front of manufacturers moving onto Autodesk — and teams already there who need to work faster than they do today.
His aim is straightforward: put the right tools and the right skills in the hands of the people who design and make things.
